The next thing after college seems to often be a wedding. There are many different styles of wedding, and many things to be planned and purchased. You can plan a lovely wedding and still stay withing your budget.
You have been dreaming of your wedding for a while. What do your dreams look like? Is it a formal and elegant extravaganza? Is it a relaxed and joyful celebration?
What does your budget look like? Is there room for all out? Or do you need to look for ways to cut costs?
Either way, you can have a beautiful wedding as you step into that glorious life ahead with the one you love.
Note that as an associate I may profit from qualified purchases from links, at no extra cost to you.
Table Settings
You can rent plates, your caterer may provide them, or you can buy elegant disposable plates. One of the first choices you will need to make is gold or silver. This choice could affect many details.
And little plastic bowls can be very handy for serving ice cream or fruit.
Silver or gold paper doilies can be used as placemats instead of charges, and are an inexpensive way to dress up your table.
Or for a different look, use plates made from biodegradable, compostable, natural palm leaves.
Pair them with knives and forks made from wood or bamboo.
Then add some pretty floral napkins for a lovely wildflower wedding.
Or a pretty solid color.
Little Attendants’ Accessories
If you have flower girls, then you may be looking for sweet little baskets to carry their petals.
And of course your little princesses will need some adornments for their hair.
One venue required us to use fabric petals for strewing indoors and real petals for throwing or dropping outside.
And, of course a ringbearer pillow gives a little guy a way to carry your rings – or some imitations.
Here Comes the Bride!
The star of the show, of course, is the beautiful bride!
But maybe your dress needs some help getting the right fullness. A crinoline or a hoop skirt may help.
